Vladimir Kulich, the actor whom plays Tiberius, is very high on my list of all time favorite hero, maybe even at the top of it as he generously and unselfishly shared both my arts on his facebook page.

I used a gorgeous reference picture and to my shame must say that I know that EVERYONE who will try to portray Tiberius will use that exact same image to do so :XD: I was very aware of that to begin with, but can't blame them anymore then myself as the image is nose-bleeding display of sexiness :dummy:

And YUSH! :dummy: I am aware that the appearance I gave Tiberius drifts from how he is suppose to look :giggle: ( yay, for artistic freedom :XD: ) And I'm only partly sorry for it as guilty pleasures interfered within my dark tunnels of musing. And I added a little bit of both Thorgalis and James to it :XD:

Yup, I do deserve spanking now :spank:

Yeah, Vladimir is gorgeous. Like panty melting gorgeous. This is my absolute favorite picture of him and your artistic rendering is breathtaking. THIS is how I picture Eric Northman in the Sookie/Southern Vampire series (no offense to Alexander Skarsgard, who I adore, but Vladimir is the definitive Viking lord). I read somewhere that Charlaine Harris actually had Vladimir in mind for the character of Eric after she watched the 13th warrior. Any chance you would be willing to do a portrayal of Vladimir as the Viking vampire? I can beg if it will help-I think you did a great job with the Tiberius portrait and would do a fantastic version of him vamped out!

...I can see why ;o) Perfect picture, absolutely perfect, gosh, you are talented. Keep up the good work and please, pretty please, never stop drawing. By the way, I do not care what the critics say (screw them!!!), I love Ironclad! I saw it like hundred times, I already know some lines by heart ;o)

PS: I just saw your gallery and I fell in love with Solomon Kane...I mean with your Solomon Kane, because don´t get me started with the movie...I just wish someone...someone very, very talented (like you;o)) would draw the character of Thomas Marshall...yeah, from that movie. And to make Christmas for everyone, it would be great with Altair from AC in it :D

I'm so glad that I'm not the only one who drools over this man! I watched the movie for Purefoy, but then Kulich just stole the show. I had remembered seeing him in !3th Warrior (I liked him better than Banderas in that one), but I'm so sad that he doesn't have more roles. :cries: I like your other deviation featuring him as an indian. I think that would be an interesting concept. Or wait, they need to make another Highlander movie, or series. The world needs to be populated with many, many shows featuring him wielding a two-hander. He is bloody awesome! And completely drool worthy :drool:

Yes, Vladimir sure stole the show in both movies, he is so... charismatic as a viking.
And he is a great guy, who deserves far more fans/love/attention than he is getting.
Tiberius and Ulfric poked it up a little, an he aged well, he looks better then in 13th warrior time.

Rumors, rumors, stay tuned on him, rumors will soon be true ♥
And he has a facebookpage, where he is semi active.

I just rewatched this movie (after having gotten it on DVD) this weekend. I agree that Tiberius was such a badass character :D Especially when he painted his face with that woad paint!

I really hated the stupid love story that added nothing but irritation, but Vladimirs performance was so very good. I dare to say even better than his famous role of Buliwyf.
I also liked Pauls performance, very twisted.

If I can mange to ignore the stupid romance it makes a Hell of a movie.

Blue paint= fanservice :P
